Overview :

High-acuity ICU caring for complex cardiac and respiratory patients. Staffed with charge nurses and 10 RNs per shift, maintaining 1 : 1 or 2 : 1 ratios.

Skills & Experience :

Required : Cardiac monitoring & rhythm interpretation, titratable drips, hemodynamic understanding, vent / BiPAP / trach / Airvo management

Preferred : CRRT & SLED experience

Common Procedures :

Central line & chest tube insertion, bronchoscopies, tracheostomies, lumbar punctures, intubations

Equipment :

GE bedside monitors, Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, Prismax CRRT, Tablo SLED
