What You'll Need
Active Washington State Real Estate License
Membership (or eligibility to join) Tri-Cities Association of Realtors
Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
Open availability – real estate hours vary with client needs
Willingness to attend team meetings, coaching, and report activity daily
Must pass a background check
Compensation
~$50,000 – $100,000+ per year (commission only)
~ Warm lead volume supports consistent closings for motivated agents
