Senior Director of People Operations

A company is looking for a Head of People Operations and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on People Operations and Technology programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational needs

Lead large-scale HR business projects to achieve operational objectives and ensure effective communication of People program goals

Build and lead a high-performing team while driving innovation and improvement in People technology and processes

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in People Operations and Technology, with 5+ years in a leadership role

Experience with Workday and familiarity with CultureAmp and Greenhouse

Strong understanding of People best practices and compliance issues

High level of integrity and strong people management skills

Proven ability to execute strategy and communicate effectively with executives
