A company is looking for a Care Advocate (Shift : 8AM - 5PM EST).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls and multichannel outreach to introduce services and support program enrollment
Build trust and rapport with patients using active listening and motivational interviewing techniques
Document patient interactions accurately and meet performance targets related to outreach and engagement
Required Qualifications
Experience in outbound call center, inside sales, or patient engagement roles, preferably in healthcare
Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining accuracy and empathy
Comfortable working with productivity targets and quality metrics in a fast-paced environment
High comfort level with technology, including Google Suite and CRMs
Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
