Hotline Worker, Winter (December 2025-March 2026)

The Welcome Centers are hubs of information, communication and system access for current, incoming and prospective Boston Public School families. Hotline Workers will assist the department in providing superior customer service to the many individuals that contact the department either by email, in person or phone with inquiries, issues or complaints. Workers may also be tasked with completing in-person registrations during peak periods.

Temporary CSR positions are seasonal and employees are typically needed for varying hours during Welcome Center peaks in January and in the summer month from July-mid September.
This position subject to the City of Boston residency requirement.
