Rope Access Technician

Acuren Inspection is looking for a Rope Access Technician with Digital Radiography (DR), Coventional Radiography, or ISQ UTT certifications to support our operations. Preference will be given to candidates with an NDT background.

The Rope Access technicians are responsible for managing the safety of crews engaged in rope access activities, to organize work functions specific to rope access jobs, and to supervise crews engaged in performing a broad range of technical and / or industrial services at heights. The role ensures individual and organizational compliance with IRATA standards and regulations to ensure the safe and effective performance of work.

Responsibilities

• Perform specific job functions as they relate to work orders
• Be conversant with relevant work techniques
• Be able to demonstrate all the skills and knowledge required of a level 1 Rope Access Technician
• Assist other technicians as required
• Ensure operational safety of all equipment
