As a Hospitalist at Trinity Health, you will provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care, facilitate smooth transitions, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
Practice Details :
- State-of-the-art-facility built in 2023.
- Join a practice that includes 10 medical physicians and 2 advanced practice providers.
- Schedule : 7 on 7 off
- Average daily census : 10-12 patients
- Level II trauma center
- Opportunity includes CME, generous PTO and sick leave.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
