ACTIA Corporation has been manufacturing quality vehicle electronics and diagnostic equipment for growing markets such as Off-Highway, Bus & Coach, Truck & Fleet, Marine and Specialty Vehicles for over 30 years. ACTIA Group is an international group based in Toulouse, France.
We are currently looking for a Quality Manager to join our team in Elkhart, IN. The Quality Manager plans, coordinates and directs the ACTIA Quality Program. As the Quality team leader, you will be expected to direct all quality department associates in regards to the organizations policies and practices. As management Quality representative you will be responsible to maintain the integrity of the QMS, understand and meet customer expectations as well as various statutory and regulatory requirements.

Quality Management
- Manages the ACTIA quality team
- Presents information and / or responds to inquiries or complaints from customers, suppliers, co-worker or management
- Monitors internal and supplier quality performance
- Champions proactive solutions to ensure acceptable quality performance
- Reviews, Analyzes and Interprets regulatory, scientific and technical documents
- Effectively communicates and directs ISO standards training activities
- Effectively communicates and directs ACTIA Quality Management System training activities
Legal Compliance
Ensure legal compliance with state, federal and OSHA requirementsEnsure ISO procedures are followedMaintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresWorking Conditions
Movement - This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office and on the production floor. Frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawlOperate / Use - Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery (i.e. copier, printer, calculator)Ascend / Descend - Rarely ascends / descends stairs to reach archived filesCommunicate - This position frequently communicates with co-workers, managers and supervisors. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.Transport - This position frequently lifts or moves 25 pounds, occasionally moves up to 50 pounds for various needs.Work Environment - Relatively quiet but fast paced.Travel - Occasional travel to customers and vendors, with overnight stays, may be required.Organizational Competencies :

Minimum Qualifications and Education
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Management or an equivalent combination of education and experienceTraining and experience in Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean or Six Sigma preferredExperience in electronics device design highly preferredExperience in Tier 1 & 2 automotive component manufacturing or similar fields is preferredExperience working within a design and manufacturing environmentProficient computer skills with MS Office or similar systemsTraining and experience in the following quality techniques, disciplines and standards :APQP / PPAP / FEMACorrective ActionStatistical Process Control (SPC)Root Cause AnalysisGauge R & RFailure and test data analysisProcess Capability, Control and ImprovementSupplier AuditingReliability AssuranceInternal AuditingISO 9001 : 2015A commitment to excellence and hard work will be rewarded with a competitive salary, career advancement opportunities, and an excellent benefits package which includes :
