Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional To-Go experience for every Guest – from taking both phone and walk-in orders, ringing the orders in the Point of Sale system, packaging the items, cashing the guest out and ensuring all orders are on-time and accurate.
- Interacts verbally with all Guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- Suggestively sells appetizer, entrée and dessert menu items by offering specifics and using descriptive mouthwatering adjectives when describing each item
- Understands and accurate uses the POS (point of sale) system to clock-in / out, to process / input orders and complete end of shift procedures
Qualifications and Skills
Must be at least sixteen (16) years of agePrevious To-Go, Host or restaurant experience preferredReading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills requiredEnglish language and professional communication skills are requiredAbility to work in a team environmentMust have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organizedCommitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledgePhysical Demands
Mobility required during the entire shiftMust be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in lengthAbility to lift food bags and trays weighing up to 20 poundsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer
