A company is looking for a Manager - Executive Compensation (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the administration of the global equity compensation program and manage relationships with stock plan providers
Support the design and execution of the executive compensation program, preparing materials for proxy statements and Compensation Committee meetings
Provide education and support to teammates regarding equity and executive compensation programs, acting as a resource for inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
7-10 years of progressive experience in compensation with a focus on global equity and executive compensation
CEP Designation preferred
SPHR preferred
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
