The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the team in either North Charleston, SC . Join Boeing's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team, supporting the 787 Dreamliner program.

Position Responsibilities :

• Collaborates closely with Site Expansion and Facilities teams to integrate EHS requirements into project plans
• Reviews planning and designs changes for new construction to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Evaluates Construction Management of Change (MOC) submissions and ensures appropriate risk controls are implemented
• Develops and oversees accountability mechanisms for contractor compliance and incident management
• Conducts EHS construction compliance inspections to provide risk-assurance oversight
• Coordinates with leadership and deliver regular status reports and presentations
• Makes timely, informed decisions and act decisively on safety issues
• Drives stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to support project execution
• Troubleshoots and resolves safety issues ranging from routine to complex
