Title : Contract Facilitator

Description
Contracted Facilitators will be on-site as determined by the weekly program schedule and program need. Group facilitators lead a group session which may include topics on process, psycho-education, recovery, etc. Group facilitators may facilitate multiple groups per week depending on the number of group topics they lead, the number of program schedules, and the clinical need driven by the census.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Group facilitation and progress notes are to be completed within 48 hours of group or facilitator may not be paid for that group / session.
May include individual sessions, documentation, completion of biopsychosocial assessments, discharge plan, safety plan, and treatment plan.
May include attendance of treatment team meetings
Other duties as agreed upon, needed, and assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Required :
Active licensure in the state of New Mexico as an LPCC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LAMFT, LMHC, or CPSW.
Computer literacy is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft programs such as word / excel and have experience utilizing electronic health record systems.
Demonstrate adherence to accepted ethical and behavioral standards of conduct
Advanced reading, writing, verbal, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure, and changing work environment
Pass drug-screen and background check.
Have the ability to invoice ZRC for time worked.
Desired :
Experience in addiction and dual diagnosis.
Experience running process therapy groups.
Experience working with adults, couples, and families who struggle with substance abuse.

Work Environment :
The work environment is a substance abuse treatment AND mental health milieu. The individual will be exposed to varying indoor and outdoor conditions as part of the facility set up and need of the participant.
