JOB SUMMARY
Reports to the Human Resources System Manager of Employment & coordinates the applicant intake and reception duties for Human Resources (HR). Partners with and serves as a backup to the HR Specialist and in that role is responsible and accountable to efficiently coordinate all aspects of new hire and non-employee processing according to federal, state and Forrest Health guidelines.

Education / Skills :
High school diploma or equivalent required. Higher education preferred. Typing speed of thirty-five WPM is required. Computer literacy required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Suites, including Outlook.
Work Experience :
A minimum of one year of customer service / receptionist experience is required.
Mental Demands
Must be courteous, diplomatic, & cooperative while working with all customers (including applicants, employees, hiring managers, peers and managers) and use tact, patience & understanding in communicating with them. Considerable initiative, judgment, & ability for decision-making skills are required. Must have the ability to communicate on all levels & possess a sincere interest in helping people. Abilities need to be flexible to accommodate the variety of tasks associated with HR Operations. Must practice good guest relations at all times
