We offer a supportive work environment with a generous fee-for-service payment structure, a healthy benefits packages, regular case consultation, TONS of support and coaching, and flexibility with respect to working days and hours. The opportunity for benefits is available after 2 months of positive, full-time work history.

Job Type : Full-time employee (100+ client contact per month)

Pay : $65,000-$100,000 per year (25 appts+ per week)

Self-determined schedule (25-40 hours per week client contact, schedule set by clinicians)

Qualifications :

Proven in-depth knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches (i.e., EMDR, TFCBT, DBT, etc.)

Ability to work with variety of clients with diverse needs

Self-directed, eager to learn, and ready to be a part of a team

Flexible scheduling with 100+ client appointments per month

Individuals with niche expertise in the treatment of trauma in children and adolescents
