Remote Flexibility : After 8 weeks, remote work may be considered based on performance and manager approval.

Wk 1 : M-F 8-4 : 30pm, Wk 2-8 : M-Th 9-5 : 30pm and Fri 8a – 4 : 30pm, CST while onsite; Wk 9 – 12 : M-F 9a

Work Environment Expectations :

While working from home, contractor must work in a private office or enclosed space with the door shut to ensure focus and confidentiality - contractor must have a distraction-free home office setup and demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively.
