RN-LTC / SNF

  • Role : Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Overview : Provides clinical leadership to neighborhoods, supporting the organization's mission, vision, and values through high-quality clinical services.
  • Responsibilities :

    • Leads and directs clinical operations to ensure regulatory compliance and person-centered care

  • Provides nursing assessments, evaluations , and coordinates care with household staff.
  • Ensures safe, sanitary, and efficient practices aligned with professional nursing standards
  • Oversees documentation, medication administration, safety, sanitation, and staff development
  • Supports fiscal efficiency and maintains appropriate staffing levels.
  • Promotes collaboration and communication with physicians, departments, and care providers.
  • Demonstrates dementia sensitivity and provides individualized, person-centered care.
  • Accountabilities May Include : Infection control, wound management, safety, RAI process, and MDS assessments.
  • Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week
