Professional Services Manager

A company is looking for a Partner Program Professional Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Track and monitor partner service delivery team onboarding and recertification

Ensure partners are trained in Trimble defined best practices and match customer needs to the partner ecosystem

Lead the development and delivery of certification offerings and track partner implementations for timely completion

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Construction Industry Training and Consulting

Deep understanding of Partner Programs through management or partnership experience

10+ years of experience with Spectrum or Vista ERP software

Self-starter with a results-oriented approach

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
