DMBA (Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators) is a non-profit organization that administers benefits for companies who are owned or affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Role overview

DMBA is hiring a Software Delivery Manager to lead delivery for low-code, process automation, and integration initiatives. This role partners with product owners, low-code engineers, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into reliable releases, optimize delivery practices, and drive measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

  • Delivery leadership - Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects concurrently, owning timelines, risks, dependencies, and release roadmaps.
  • Agile execution - Coach and run Agile ceremonies (Scrum and Kanban), track sprint velocity, remove impediments, and continuously improve team delivery.
  • Backlog and scope management - Lead backlog grooming, prioritize epics and user stories with Product Owners, establish acceptance criteria, and maintain a clear release plan.
  • Roadmaps and release planning - Develop and maintain product roadmaps, feature mapping per release, and pre-plan subsequent releases to ensure predictable delivery.
  • Reporting and stakeholder communication - Produce regular, actionable status reports and dashboards for executives, product owners, and engineering leads.
  • Business consulting and process design - Collaborate with business stakeholders to define processes, propose optimized workflows, and design effective end-user experiences.
  • Requirements and QA enablement - Elicit functional and non-functional requirements, produce feature maps and user stories, support sprint demos, and coordinate QA and acceptance testing.
  • Change adoption and enablement - Drive technology adoption by enabling business teams, delivering training, and building self-sufficiency for product owners and power users.
  • Cross-functional coordination - Align engineering, integration, security, and operations teams to ensure releases meet quality and compliance expectations.

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years working directly with business stakeholders on process optimization, workflow design, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record managing software delivery for low-code or enterprise automation platforms.
  • Deep familiarity with Agile delivery, sprint planning, velocity tracking, backlog grooming, and release planning.
  • Strong change management experience guiding customers through technology adoption.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex processes and systems quickly and to translate them into delivery plans.
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and self-motivated with solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
  • Preferred skills and tools

  • Experience with one or more low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, OutSystems, Mendix, or similar.
  • Hands-on with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent for backlog and velocity tracking.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns, APIs, RPA, and common enterprise systems (ERP, CRM).
  • Certifications : Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMP, SAFe, or equivalent delivery / Agile certification.
  • Experience creating dashboards and metrics using Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
