Job Overview :
Were looking for a driven Sales Account Executive based in Columbia, SC (or surrounding areas). This role is perfect for someone experienced in B2B sales, motivated to close new business, and ready to grow with a respected brand. Includes base salary plus quarterly commissions.
Responsibilities :
Drive sales and account growth in the South Carolina multifamily market
Generate new business through creative outreach and prospecting
Present flooring solutions to builders and property managers
Prepare pricing, proposals, and project documents
Maintain regular communication with clients and project teams
Visit job sites and track project progress and performance
Report on market trends and competitive activity
Keep an organized office and sample system
Other duties as needed
Qualifications :
12+ years of outside sales experience
Track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets
Flooring or construction industry experience preferred
Experience working with multifamily clients is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional
Proficient in Google Docs / Sheets, Gmail, and Microsoft Word
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
