As a Bilingual Spanish Lead Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Chicago, IL at our Archer branch location. Bilingual Spanish Required. Location : 5075 S. Archer Ave Chicago, IL 60632-4549 PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
The responsibilities include : coaching, mentoring and leading tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet; processing a variety of customer interactions; educating customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions; identifying banking opportunities during the customer interaction and referring as appropriate; coaching, mentoring and leading tellers by example in identifying opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff; coaching, mentoring and leading tellers by example in performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs; educating customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources; coaching, mentoring and leading tellers by example with clear communication skills, transaction handling and problem resolution processes; assisting the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes; coaching, mentoring and leading tellers by example in adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits; ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.
