Registered Nurse and Relationship Manager

We are hiring a Registered Nurse and Relationship Manager to serve as a trusted coach and guide for our candidates. This role is critical in supporting nurses through the relocation, licensing transfer, and immigration journey. As a RN Guide, you will leverage your clinical experience and understanding of the nursing profession to build trust, provide guidance, and ensure each candidate is fully prepared to succeed in their new role. You will be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to improving the U.S. healthcare system by filling critical workforce gaps while helping nurses secure long-term stability through Green Card sponsorship.
