Responsibilities :

• Drafting and reviewing technical specifications, organizing documentation, and supporting equipment and process validation
• Perform evaluations on materials, tools, and systems to ensure functionality and reliability
• Assist in planning and executing straightforward engineering experiments and trials
• Document findings and prepare summaries to share insights with cross-functional teams
• Maintain and update engineering records and technical files
• Provide hands-on training to team members on updated procedures and testing workflows
• Observe operational inefficiencies and propose actionable enhancements
