General Characteristics Acts as the strategic liaison between HR and IT.
Provides HR leadership support and counsel to the IT organization in the areas of workforce planning, recruiting, training and career development, organization design, performance management, compensation, recognition and change management.
Works with CIO and IT leadership team to develop a people strategy that supports the goals of the IT organization.
Develop action plans and strategies to address particular IT workforce needs.
Promotes innovation and continuous improvement in the IT organization.
