Supply Chain Lean Leader

Job Title

This role will be responsible for supporting and guiding process improvement activities for our Imaging manufacturing facilities and supply chain.

You will work very closely with plant managers to help them continue to increase the LEAN maturity of their sites while improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people capabilities. This role will also lead and support Hoshin Kanri (strategy) breakthrough objectives for Imaging, partnering cross functionally, and with other lean leaders to continue to build capabilities throughout GEHC. Coach, drive and lead lean behaviors, principles, and tools by partnering with Operating Leaders in business management roles (e.g. GM of Business Unit, or Executive Lead of a Function). Drive cultural transformation resulting in step-change in operational business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop people at all levels of the organization to build lean skills and become practitioners, with a focus not only on tools but on methods and most importantly on behaviors.
• In partnership with Imaging ISC business leaders and other lean resources, increase the organization's lean maturity using the standard GEHC lean maturity model
• Lead and facilitate process and system improvements cross functionally
• Apply and coach advanced lean methods to improve safety, quality, process stability, increase on-time delivery, reduce lead time, and improve cash flow.
• Assist the execution of relevant Hoshin Kanri breakthrough transformations.
• Support sites with value stream optimization and development of Kaizen roadmaps.
• Partner with business leaders to increase the organization's kaizen mindset and cadence.
• Lead / Coach and deploy standard work, visual controls daily management and problem solving across Imaging ISC.
• Must be able to travel approximately 25-50% of the time domestically and internationally.
