Job Description

Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Berlin, Vermont.

Job Description & Requirements

CRU MUST START IN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS, LICENSE ON FILE AT TIME OF SUB.

Travel Rate : $90 Radius : $85 : 51-100 miles Local : $80 : 50 miles or less

  • Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance RN for Woodbridge Rehab.

    • & Nursing : Every other weekend.

    Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.

    Requirements :

  • Floating required
  • BLS through AHA required
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience required
  • Prior travel required
  • LTC experience required
  • Travelers must be willing to float to other units as needed
  • All units have dementia patients, so travelers must be comfortable working with this population Additional Information :
  • IVS to OFFER
  • Monday to Sunday
  • to block schedules for any reason
  • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
  • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers :

  • vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
  • A few new travelers have attempted to change their scheduled hours.

    • It is essential for travelers to read their contracts and understand the importance of working their assigned hours

  • travelers must communicate any preplanned time off upfront, as they will not honor requests for time off once the assignment begins.
