Recruiting Manager Qualifications
7+ years of industry-specific recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years managing a teamExperience recruiting for superintendents, engineers, and project leaders, physical designers, VDC / BIM specialists, superintendentsExperience managing recruiters and willing to run their own recruiting deskProficiency with ATS platformsExcellent communication skills and ability to negotiateRecruiting Manager Responsibilities
