About The Role

Hunter Scouts is recruiting on behalf of a leading AI-focused scaleup technology company. This organization is on a mission to build AI-powered solutions that empower small business owners to operate more efficiently. In this role, you will lead an innovative AI Engineering team that operates like a startup-within-a-startup. The team is focused on creating autonomous AI agents and platforms that will redefine the back office for small businesses.

This is a high-growth, hybrid role based out of San Francisco or New York City. It’s an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about Generative AI and its real-world applications for customer problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Scale and lead an AI engineering team to develop agent-based AI solutions
• Build and maintain an AI platform utilized across the organization
• Partner closely with AI Scientists and Product Managers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
• Spearhead a vision to automate small business operations through AI technology
• Mentor, coach, and guide the team’s AI engineers
