Sr. AEM Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated  Senior AEM Developer  to join our Digital Experience team. The ideal candidate will have  7+ years  of hands-on experience in  Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)  and a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design and development of scalable AEM-based web applications and digital experiences.
  • Develop custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with UX / UI designers, content authors, and backend developers to deliver seamless digital experiences.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices in AEM development.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain AEM configurations, dispatcher rules, and caching strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM deployments and performance.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 7+ years  of experience in  Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)  development.
  • Strong proficiency in  Java ,  JSP ,  Sightly / HTL , and  OSGi .
  • Experience with  AEM 6.x  and familiarity with  AEM as a Cloud Service .
  • Solid understanding of  AEM architecture ,  JCR ,  Sling , and  Dispatcher .
  • Experience integrating AEM with external systems via RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with  front-end technologies  such as  HTML ,  CSS ,  JavaScript , and frameworks like  React  or  Angular  is a plus.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
