This role requires

domestic and international travel

to customer sites, where you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team

Lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Installation &

Install and commission equipment at customer sites, including wiring, fluid connections, and system setup per specifications.

Preventative

Perform inspections, adjustments, and servicing to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.

Troubleshooting &

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through system analysis, error codes, and physical inspections.

Customer

Build strong relationships by addressing customer concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring satisfaction.

Technical

Respond to inquiries and provide remote troubleshooting when necessary.

Parts

Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure timely availability for repairs.

Complete accurate service reports detailing work performed, parts used, and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to

lead a team

in a technical or industrial environment.

Strong understanding of

electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems

Proven

problem-solving skills

for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

Excellent

customer service and communication skills

Hands-on

mechanical aptitude

and proficiency with tools and diagnostic equipment.

Willingness and ability to

travel domestically and internationally

as required.
