International Law Firm has an immediate need for an Attorney with a litigation background to join their successful team of legal professionals in their Orlando office. They are seeking a motivated individual who will focus on representing condominium and homeowners' associations. Qualified candidate will enjoy a team-oriented work environment that offers mentorship and a platform for professional growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney who is looking to apply their litigation skills in a new context and develop expertise in community association matters.

SUMMARY :

• Active Member of the Florida Bar.
• 2 - 3 years' experience in general, commercial or business litigation.
• The ideal candidate will have strong oral, legal research and drafting skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Attorney will be responsible for analyzing community association legal issues, drafting amendments to governing documents, preparing and attending board and membership meetings, and enforcing governing documents through litigation and dispute resolution.
