AVI, an FCAH Aerospace brand located in Sunrise, FL, is currently seeking a Valve Shop Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform Internal & External inspection on cylinders
- Disassembly, repair and assembly of inflation valves
- Test assembled valves for leaks and functionality
- Requalify cylinders
- Make sure Cylinders past test and in good condition to go back on aircraft
- Charge cylinders with CO2 and N2 gases
- Hydro Test Cylinders and Hoses
- Perform Hydro Static test on all Hoses and Cylinders
- Install Requalification Identification Number (RIN) on cylinders
- Stamp RIN and date on steel cylinders
- Repair, test and overhaul aspirators
- Troubleshooting of Inflation Valves
- Any other duties as assigned by direct reports
