General Summary

This position will provide a highly motivated, engaged student the opportunity to be part of the Regional Operations Finance Team and will get exposure to various parts of our finance and accounting functions.

Essential Job Accountabilities

• Responsible for assisting in day-to-day administrative and basic accounting functions
• Accounts Payable data entry and statement reconciliation
• Data entry and reconciliation of extra work billings
• Basic understanding of compliance with company policies and procedures
• Answering phones and sorting mail
• Assist with writing procedures / process documentation
• Read and respond to email in a timely and professional manner
• Sorting, saving and renaming files to various folders on a shared drive
• Process improvement opportunities
• Special projects upon request

Base Hourly Wage Range :

Hourly : $17.00 - $22.00. Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
