ToyotasOneTech Datadepartment is looking for a passionate and highly motivated SeniorData Scientist.

The primary responsibility of this role is to build impactful and scalable data science solutions using customer and marketing data help build customer / individual level of intelligence to help business make decisions at various stages of customer journey.

Reporting to the Customer Data Science Manager at the Office of Data Science and Automation the person in this role will support the OneTech Data departments objective to optimize marketing investment by building customer-level intelligence across the customer journey.

What youll be doing

• Utilize machine learning deep learning and generative AI models to create consumer intelligence such as Next Best Action Models Recommendation Engines Defection and Loyalty Models and Customer Lifetime Value Models for customer-centric business teams.
• Translate business challenges into tangible proof-of-concept models through a combination of creative thinking well-planned experimentation rigorous analysis and an innovative application of machine learning techniques.
• Write production-quality code in Python PySpark and SQL to ensure robust and efficient data processing.
• Develop data-driven products that analyze large datasets to extract insights that inform strategic investments and drive operational improvements.
• Communicate complex analytical results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders using compelling data visualizations reports and presentations.
• Work collaboratively with product managers senior scientists data engineers and other team members in an agile and scrum environment ensuring cross-functional alignment to fulfill product delivery requirements.
