Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients. Must be Bilingual – English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
• Conduct therapy sessions with patients.
• Document patient care in electronic medical records and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
