Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Master Retail Cloud, our new retail management system, by becoming one of the first to learn its features and functionalities.
• Streamline the purchase order process by converting Excel data into the Retail Cloud system.
• Assume the responsibilities of a Retail Supervisor during Winterland, at the park, including supervising staff, managing inventory levels, and conducting closing procedures.
• Support the manager by assisting with reports and participating in monthly closing procedures.
• Carry out warehouse tasks, such as receiving, tagging, and fulfilling orders for both the ballpark and flagship stores, once administrative duties are completed.
• Accurately enter and submit payroll information for retail vendors.
• Represent the company in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner during interactions with customers and employees, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of our retail operations.
