Allied Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity : EP Tech - EP Tech

Job Details :

Work day shifts, 7-10 hours on weekdays and weekends with rotating schedule

36 guaranteed hours per week

13-week assignment length

Call requirements : Yes

Must have 2+ years of hospital experience

Required to scrub assist during cardiac and EP diagnostic and interventional procedures

Must be able to use MacLab system to record, measure and document during various cardiac procedures

Must be able to operate cardiac stimulator (Bloom) and use MacLab recorder

Work with equipment including MacLab, Volcano IVUS, MacLab hemo monitoring, Philips FD 20 and FD 10

Documentation systems : Meditech and MacLab

Required certifications : BLS, Active TX RN License (temporary licenses not accepted), RCIS or RCES

Must float as needed per Methodist Floating Policy

Preferred skills : EP scrub experience, cath and vascular procedures, Meditech experience

Perform cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures, vascular procedures, and EP scrub assist including device implantations

Care for adult patients exclusively

Facility provides scrubs for Cath Lab staff

Must maintain clean, professional appearance with covered tattoos and no visible piercings except ears
