Environmental Operations Supervisor

Coordinates all onsite activities at client location in relation to the storage, transportation and disposal of waste and other related services following federal, state & local regulations. Manages and plans activities of onsite personnel. Serves as liaison between client and vendors in relation to service issues. Maintains pre-established standards for safety and environmental issues.

Pittman Shift : 7am - 7pm

2 days on, 2 days off followed by 3 days on, 3 days off

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

• Coordinate logistics for transportation of waste from client site including scheduling, manifesting, tracking and loading materials.
• Responsible for safe sorting and baling of materials.
• Manage hourly personnel including but not limited to hiring, performance reviews and disciplinary action.
• Coordinate shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintains and exceeds customer expectations.
• Required to operate site specific equipment (forklifts, baler, etc.).
• Promote culture of safety by ensuring site personnel are properly trained to perform assigned duties and comply with safety, environmental, federal, state and local regulations.

The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $55,000 / annually - $60,000 / annually. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
