Nursing Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in providing direct patient care and support to our nursing staff, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for our patients.
Requirements
Certification : Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Experience : Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Certifications : BLS
Education : High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding).
- Take and record patient vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate.
- Document patient care activities and observations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with patient mobility, including ambulation, transfers, and repositioning.
- Help maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Respond to patient calls and needs promptly and respectfully.
- Adhere to all hospital and departmental policies, including infection control and safety protocols.

Shift : 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights, rotating weekends)
