Pay Information

$375 to $438 per hour

About The Position

Exciting opportunity for a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon in Florida, conveniently near an international airport and the coast.

Highlights

  • Long-term assignment with potential for contract extension
  • No weekend call; call limited to weekdays
  • Warm climate year-round, less than 1 hour from the beach
  • Credentialing support for temp privileges

Practice Setting

  • Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
  • Collaborative environment with trauma and specialty teams
  • Variety of cases, including trauma, cancer, and reconstructive surgeries

    • Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, alternating weeks with another provider
  • M / W / F : Rounding at 7 AM, clinic 8 AM - 4 PM
  • T / Th : AM rounding, followed by full surgery days

    • Cases and Procedures

  • Elective : Breast reconstruction, scar revisions, congenital repairs
  • Emergent : Complex lacerations, hand injuries
  • Procedures include microsurgery, flaps, and trauma repair

    • Requirements

  • Board Certification in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
  • Florida state licensure required
  • Minimum 24 months of experience

    • Travel Accommodations
