Sitemetric seeks a bar-raising, experienced Director of Compliance to lead the company’s global regulatory and compliance efforts within the security department. This role will report to the VP of Physical Security and will be responsible for assuring global compliance with security regulations.
We are looking for a detail-driven compliance leader who takes pride in ensuring organizational integrity and regulatory adherence. About the Role
As Director of Compliance, you will ensure Sitemetric meets and exceeds all regulatory and licensing requirements related to private security operations across the United States, with potential expansion globally. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and auditing compliance programs to safeguard the company’s ability to operate lawfully and ethically in diverse jurisdictions.

Additional Information
The base pay for this ranges from $130,000 to $180,000 per year. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and jobsite upon which work is being performed, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience.
