We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and versatile Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join our home maintenance team at Ace Handyman Services. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys variety in their daily tasks, and has a broad range of home repair and improvement skills. You'll work independently or as part of a team to complete residential and commercial maintenance and repair jobs efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include :

• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks including (but not limited to) :
• Carpentry (doors, trim, cabinetry, framing)
• Plumbing (fixture replacement, leak repairs, minor installations)
• Electrical (outlet / switch replacement, light fixture installation)
• Drywall repair and painting
• Tile installation and grouting
• General handyman work
• Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs with minimal supervision
• Ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately track time, materials used, and job progress
• Communicate effectively with customers and office staff
• Adherent to safety guidelines and company procedures
