Responsibilities :

As the General Contractor Project Manager, you will lead project planning, execution, and delivery. Key duties include team coordination, budget management, client collaboration, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven Project Manager experience in general contracting.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Strong relationship management of sub-contractors
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office.
