Key Responsibilities
Travel to project sites nationwide (~90%) on short- and longer-term assignments (flights, lodging, and ground transport arranged by the company).Follow direction from Team Leads, adhere to strict SOPs and checklists with no shortcuts.Set up airtight containment and maintain negative / positive pressure to prevent cross-contamination.Deploy and service air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA vacuums; perform detailed HEPA / microbial cleaning.Safely remove and bag contaminated materials; protect unaffected contents.Apply proprietary botanical antimicrobial products per protocol.Capture photo / video documentation; log readings and notes in mobile apps.Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe jobsite.Care for PPE, tools, and equipment with regular checks and maintenance.Communicate clearly with Team Leads and office staff; uphold company values of kindness, integrity, and results.Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :Able to lift 50-75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas.
Willingness to travel nationwide (~90%), with early starts and occasional weekends.Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to pass background check and drug screen.Team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professional demeanor.Nice-to-Have :1-3 years in construction trades (demolition, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration).Certifications : IICRC AMRT, OSHA-10 / 30, First Aid / CPR (company supports training & advancement).Schedule
