A company is looking for a Deed Coordinator responsible for preparing and ordering deeds, verifying recording fees, and entering information into EConnect.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and prepare deeds for assigned files from Attorney partners
Calculate and verify recording and transfer tax fees by contacting state / county recording offices
Monitor incoming deed requests and handle inquiries regarding deed status
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience
Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Proficient with MS Office and office equipment
