A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured / disabled individuals
Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and completing necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
Education : Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
Experience : 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with experience in Workers' Compensation or Case Management
Active RN or LPN license required, must be in good standing
Reliable internet access is necessary
Compact license that includes New Jersey is required
