Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is hiring a Baler Operator to join our team at our North Canton warehouse.

This is a full-time Monday-Friday dayshift schedule with a great benefits package that includes :

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Baler to join our team. This position involves operating baling equipment to efficiently process and tie off textiles while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. You will also handle materials weighing from 275 to 1130 lbs, assist with dock operations, and ensure the quality of bales.

This safety-sensitive position requires frequent standing, walking, stooping, and lifting. Must be able to perform physical requirements of the position including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping / bending, crouching / squatting, bilateral reaching at all levels; bilateral handling and fingering, fine fingering and simple grasping ability; occasional sitting and kneeling; frequent lift / carry up to 10 lbs., occasional lift / carry 51-100 lbs.; must be able to push / pull heavy objects, with or without mechanical assistance if needed. Indoor / outdoor conditions. Random drug testing is required during employment.
