As a Medical Benefit Review Services Associate Region 3 you will help disadvantaged and disabled adults access better healthcare services to maintain their independence and continue living in their homes.
In this role you will travel to assist individuals in the Louisiana parishes of Assumption Lafourche St. Charles St. James St. John the Baptist St. Mary and Terrebonne.
We will teach you how to :
- Perform in-home assessments for applicants and participants of long-term personal care services (LT-PCS).
- Offer choice counseling for Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) to those who request it.
- Provide applicants with an overview of the Long-Term Care Program.
- Create a Person-Centered Plan of Care that is based on individual needs.
- Complete client monitoring surveys as part of the quality management process.

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage voluntary dental and vision programs life and disability insurance a retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and / or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $15-19 per hour.
