Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Plumber to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about the field and aims to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

1. Installs, maintains, and tests water supply, drainage, and gas piping systems in commercial buildings, adhering to blueprints, codes, and safety regulations to ensure functionality and compliance

2. Lay out and install water, waste, and vent piping for new constructions.

3. Install gas lines for appliances and heating systems.

4. Install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Plumber or similar role in the Construction industry.

2. Proven expertise in plumbing and pipe installation, with a strong understanding of mechanical principles.

3. Valid plumbing license and certification from a recognized institution.

4. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

6. Proficiency in using modern plumbing tools and equipment, with a commitment to observing all safety guidelines.

7. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

8. Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

9. Willingness to continue learning and adapting in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
