Shipping And Receiving Manager

We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Manager to direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Responsibilities :

• Provides leadership of mail center Shipping & Receiving team
• Oversees shipping and handling of hazardous materials for domestic and international shipments
• Oversees movement of hazardous and non-hazardous product on and off campus
• Oversees department's supplies and tracks cost
• Schedules shifts to maximize operational efficiency
• Ensures team receives proper training for optimal performance
• Organizes regular team meetings to provide updates and foster team culture
• Keeps accurate records and tracks department's performance
• Keeps accurate records of compliance documents
• Execute team's payroll
• Fosters company culture and engages team to create buy-in
• Works with ESFM regional leadership to execute projects
• Builds Quarterly Business Reviews
• Provides package distribution to multiple business units
• Oversees receiving of large volume warehouse
• Partners with vendors to support operation where needed
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Ability to sustain hospitality training for all direct reports
