ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a wildly creative, quick-witted Social Content Creator to help spice up the scroll. If you’ve got bold ideas, cheeky quips, and a knack for capturing cultural moments in short-form video, you might be the perfect fit.
This is more than making pretty posts—we’re after someone who can concept, film, edit, and think like the internet. You’ll help us connect with millennial and Gen Z audiences while showcasing real ingredients, bold flavors, and better-for-you frozen meals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create original, thumb-stopping POV and direct-to-camera content for our social profiles, prioritizing content optimized for Meta (Instagram / Facebook) and TikTok
Capture content in and around major grocery stores (Whole Foods, Kroger, etc.)
Pitch campaign ideas, social series, and reactive content tied to trends
Stay ahead of platform trends, memes, audio, and formats
Work with the Marketing team on storytelling, product features, new launches, and other time-sensitive requests
Repurpose content for more niche / alt platforms including Pinterest, Bluesky, Reddit, and Threads
You have a fast-paced, bubbly, well-developed personality that translates on-screen
You live and breathe social media, especially TikTok and Instagram
You think in memes, trending audio, and millennial speak
You’ve made content that made people laugh, share, or say “omg same”
You’re fluent in lo-fi video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Rush, etc.)
You love pitching ideas and running with them independently
You live near key grocery retailers (a must for content capture)
